Fort Lauderdale A1A 5K
The Fort Lauderdale 5K will take place in picturesque downtown Fort Lauderdale. The downtown area has become a favorite for many local events over the past few years. The area offers a safe, accessible venue for the event with ample parking. The flat course will offer our runners the scenery of our downtown business and governament areas, while achieving your ideal race time! The 5K is perfect for those runners not yet ready for the Half Marathon. This event is walker friendly! Our more seasoned runners can choose to participate in the 5K as a final tuneup before the Marathon & Half Marathon events on Sunday. After the 5K it is a short drive over to the Health & Fitness Expo.

6:00am – Registration & Packet Pick up
7:30am – Start of the 5K
8:00am – Post Race food party
8:30am – Awards Ceremony
Medals:
All finishers will receive a signature beach themed medal. We have become renowned for our over the top medal designs. In fact we took home the honor of being the best medal in North America in 2010, 2013 & 2014! The accolade rewarded us for our creativity and unique design.
